Delivery times vary by location. Domestic US orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days, while international orders take 7-25 business days depending on the destination. Please refer to the shipping zones table above for specific estimates for your country.

All new customers receive free shipping on their first order automatically - no minimum purchase required! Simply create an account and place your first order. The free shipping applies to all destinations we serve, including international shipping (excluding mainland China). Existing customers can still enjoy competitive flat-rate shipping on all orders.

Currently, we do not ship to mainland China. However, we do ship to Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan. We're working on expanding our shipping capabilities and hope to include mainland China in the future.

Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package on our Track Order page or directly on the carrier's website.

All our shipments are fully insured. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours. We'll file a claim with the carrier and send you a replacement or issue a full refund promptly.

For international orders, you may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country. These fees are determined by your local customs office and are not included in our shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated charges.

Address changes must be requested within 2 hours of placing your order. Contact our customer service immediately if you need to update your address. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.
